Prof. Dr. Belgin Aydın held a seminar on “Classroom Management and Communication” for teachers of Bahçelievler Deneme Anatolian High School within the scope of Ankara MEM “Academic Consultancy” project on September 23, 2019. Emphasizing the problems in communication with students and the causes of these problems, Aydın explained the “Need-Oriented Approach” Model as a solution proposal. The seminar, which teachers participated in by sharing their experiences, was enriched with school-specific solutions. At the end of the seminar, the professional development needs of the teachers were determined and the studies that could be done during the year were planned.
