Prof. Dr. Gülsev Pakkan, a faculty member in the English Language Education Program within the Department of Foreign Language Education, participated in the conference organized by AELTE and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University on 16–17 October 2026, where she delivered a presentation entitled “Professional Development 4.0: Empowering ELT Teachers with 21st-Century Skills: A Case Study of English Teachers at a Private School in Ankara.”
