Doctoral Program in English Language Education
The doctoral program at TED University English Language Education Department intends to blend the theory with practice-based studies. The doctoral program in English language education aims to keep the candidates up-to-date in the field of English language education by offering elective courses that touch upon contemporary, relevant issues in ELT, on top of the theoretically-oriented coursework. With this approach, the program hopes to prepare the candidates for the current issues in English language education. The selected coursework not only prepares the candidates as people who can produce new knowledge but also as social and ethically-responsible practitioners embellished with the practice and the theory who can utilize skills in and out of classrooms.
