Dr. Özlem Canaran, from the department of English Language Education at TED University, held a seminar on collaborative reflective teaching practices for novice teachers. The seminar focused on the challenges faced by the novice teachers during the first years of the profession and suggested some ways to overcome such challenges through effective continuous professional development (CPD) and collaborative reflective teaching practices. During the seminar, informative videos where teachers involved in collaborative CPD practices previously talk about their experiences were also shared with the participants.
