Dr. Pelin Irgin presented her research, “Exploring the role of strategy instruction on young learners’ listening performance and strategy use”, at the International Journal of Arts and Sciences’ (IJAS) American Canadian conference for academic disciplines held Ryerson University’s International Learning Center at 240 Jarvis Street, Toronto (11 to 14 June 2019). She volunteered to be a chair at the conference in Toronto, Canada. The conference assigned her a chairing slot on the day of her presentation.
