The Advisory Board Meeting of the English Language Teaching Division, Department of Foreign Language Education, Faculty of Education at TED University was held on October 11, 2024. The meeting, which took place between 15:00 and 17:00, brought together representatives from academia, K–12 education, and related institutions to evaluate the current status of the program and discuss areas for further development.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Belgin Elmas, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdem Aksoy, Prof. Dr. Ali Merç, Research Assistants İlayda Şahin and Şükran Buse Tatar, as well as Beril Yücel, Özgür Bozdoğan, Zeynep Dereli, Berru Acar, and Hüseyin Baran Yılmaz.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided that the English Language Teaching Division would make the necessary internal revisions in line with the evaluations and feedback received.
The Advisory Board Meeting provided a strong platform for collaboration between academia and field representatives, while also serving as a productive venue for sharing concrete feedback aimed at the further development of the program.
