On December 7, 2019, A conference called “Creating A Community of Lifelong Learners” with the theme of Foreign Language Teaching 19 was held by TED Kocaeli College. Prof. Dr. Belgin AYDIN, the head of TEDU ELT department, as guest speaker gave a speech about Teachers of Life-Long Learners . In addition to the academics of the Department of English Language Teaching at Kocaeli University, students of the department, students and academicians from other universities, and teachers working in schools and various institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in various provinces participated in the conference. In addition, Beril Yücel, Director of Foreign Languages of Turkish Education Association, also participated. At the meeting, which TED University English Language Education graduate and senior students participated in, highly efficient activities and opinions that teachers could use directly in their classes were shared.
