Our Head of the English Language Teaching Department at SCOFOLA'23 Conference

On September 7-8, 2023, the second SCOFOLA'23 conference on "Challenges and Innovative Solutions in Foreign Language Teaching" was organized by the Foreign Languages School of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (ZBEÜ). The opening speech of the conference, titled "Emotionally Agile Teachers, Emotionally Agile Generations," was delivered by our Head of the English Language Teaching Department at TED University, Prof. Dr. Belgin Elmas. Among the invited speakers at the conference were Assoc. Prof. Dr. İpek Kuru Gönen from Anadolu University, Steve O'Farrell, and Prof. Dr. Fernando Rubio from Yale University.
The main theme of the conference, which focused on the challenges faced in foreign language teaching and innovative solutions, was successfully conducted over two days with a total of 45 oral presentations and 5 educational workshops held simultaneously in different rooms.
