Prof. Dr. Volker Hegelheimer was a Guest Speaker in ELEP 552!
On Wednesday, May 26, TESOL Professor Volker Hegelheimer from Iowa State University Department of English (USA) came together with English Language Education MA students in ELEP 552 Technology Enhanced Language Learning course offered by Dr. Zeynep Bilki. Prof. Hegelheimer delivered a speech on language assessment and technology and answered questions of our MA students.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Melike Ünal Gezer attended XII TED ELT Conference as an invited speaker and a panelist. The conference organized by TED Foreign Languages Directorate held on May 21 and 22 2021 was a well-attended event with the participation of TED College English language instructors across Turkey (primary and secondary levels).

Our 4th year student of the English Language Education Program Bulut Özçelik was accepted to the University of Minnesota, USA Sports Management Graduate Program. We congratulate our student, who has been playing tennis professionally since he was 16 years old, on his success in this field as well. English Language Teaching Program Second Year Student Meysa Acar was at GELTUS Conference!
Meysa Acar, a sophomore at the Department of English Language Teaching, was accepted to present her research titled “Know-hows of Online Teaching from a Prospective Teacher” at the Gazi English Language Teaching Undergraduate Student (GELTUS) conference held for the 4th time this year, and made a presentation on 07.05.2021.
